DANBIA LLC provides services in the fields of web development, e-commerce solutions, SEO optimization, and digital design including branding, corporate identity, and creative media.
All services are customized based on client requirements and project agreements.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information and required materials in a timely manner. Delays in providing assets or feedback may affect project timelines. DANBIA LLC is not liable for delays caused by client inaction or late communication.

5. Intellectual Property

All design and development work remains the intellectual property of DANBIA LLC until full payment is received.
Upon final payment, the client obtains non-exclusive rights to use the final deliverables for their intended purpose.

6. Payments & Terms

Unless otherwise agreed, projects require a deposit prior to commencement, with balance payments due upon completion or delivery.
DANBIA LLC reserves the right to suspend services for overdue invoices.

7. Liability

While we take every effort to ensure quality and accuracy, DANBIA LLC shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client.

8. Third-Party Services

Certain projects may involve third-party integrations (e.g., hosting, payment gateways, plugins, or software).
DANBIA LLC cannot guarantee their performance or availability and assumes no responsibility for third-party disruptions or changes.

9. Confidentiality

All client data and materials shared with DANBIA LLC are treated as confidential.
Information will not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent, except where legally required.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws and regulations of the Emirate of Sharjah and the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Sharjah Media City (Shams) Free Zone authorities.
